How it works

1 · Meet first — always. Book a meet and your first week is reserved on your card (a hold, not a payment). Contact details stay private until terms are agreed.

2 · Grace window. After the meet you both get up to 24 hours to decide. Walk away and the hold is simply released.

3 · Sign — and the first week is taken. Both signatures capture week one. Move-in can be the very next day.

4 · Week by week. You pay each week in advance; each week lived releases to the host in arrears (8% platform fee). There's always about a week held — the refund buffer.

5 · Records both ends. Before/after photos of the guest's room, timestamped by the platform. The first 48 hours are the window to flag anything not as described.

If it has to end early for safety: pro-rata refund for unused nights — never full, never punitive. Theft is a police matter against an ID-verified person.
